The lobby has been renovated and looks nice. But my room had a faint sewer smell, and there was no microwave. a decent stay but could use some improvements.

The bedding was exceedingly comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The room was clean and quiet, but I did encounter loud neighbors who disrupted the peace late at night. Temperature control was satisfactory, yet the overall decor felt outdated and in need of renovation. I appreciated the pleasant interior entrance and inviting lobby. the lack of clear communication about the front desk number in the room was frustrating, especially during my noisy encounter. The lighting was low, which made the space feel dim. I noticed a musty scent that lingered, detracting from overall comfort.

I enjoyed my time at Hilton Raleigh North Hills, especially the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the room. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic for relaxation.

The air conditioning was a nightmare, not reaching below 75°F even on the lowest setting. I barely slept, and the room was dusty with bits of trash left outside. I had a great time at the onsite restaurant, though—the ribeye was fantastic! The breakfast offering was plentiful, and the staff were friendly despite a busy environment. Unfortunately, cleanliness was inconsistent; one room had bed bugs, and many guests appeared frustrated. Parking felt like an unnecessary extra charge at this price point. Service could use some polishing, yet there were highlights that made the stay memorable.

Two bottles of water? Appreciated. Everything else? Lacked. Locked out for two hours due to a system issue. The front desk staff seemed unprepared and indifferent. Uncomfortable beds and unkempt hallways with trash left for days. One shining moment? The incredible food at the on-site restaurant, coupled with attentive servers. A decent breakfast spread, but at $18, expectations must be managed. The room conditions, however, were below par—lumpy beds, outdated furnishings, and questionable cleanliness. Staff performance fluctuated; while checkout was smooth, issues remained unresolved during the stay. A renovated hotel should not feel like a polished pile of neglect. This property requires a thorough reevaluation of its service and standards.

The front desk staff were super unhelpful and downright rude. I felt like I was bothering them just by asking questions. After a long drive, I expected a warm welcome, but instead, I got an icy reception and a headache.

the room was quite comfortable, and the location was convenient. We appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the parking situation was convenient. there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. We were surprised to find that there was no microwave in the room, and having to go downstairs to heat up food was a bit inconvenient. The lack of proper lighting in the room made it hard to see, and the outdated decor and rugs didn't add to the overall vibe. the room smelled strongly of smoke, which was bothersome for my asthma. It was also a bit unsettling when a guest was able to open our door early in the morning, even though it turned out to be a harmless mistake. The issues with the jacuzzi being out of service and the noisy neighbors with a barking dog were also disappointing. while there were some positives, such as the convenient location and friendly staff, there were definitely areas where the Hilton could improve.

Loved the amazing water pressure in the shower, a rare find in hotels. A great shower after a long day is a treasure. The restaurant had classic southern dishes that were delightful.
Hmm, who doesn't enjoy floating black hairs and half a band-aid at the pool? Just lovely.

It would've been awesome if there was a cool hangout spot for partying with music and snacks – like a chill rooftop bar or a game room. That would've taken our party vibes to the next level!
